I bought my holden Trax in 2015 It was my first new car ever always had second hand cars.. Last year I had a problem with the shockies the left one needed to be replaced I didn't agree that I should be paying for it to be fixed..then with a little bit I stood up to go see our local manager Mick.. got good answer they were fixing it.. Then last month I had a problem with a code 89 up..put my car in and again the guys have shown me that they care..all I can see and say ...the staff and the manager from rockhampton service department deserves to be congratulated for their customer service they give. Wouldn't go anywhere else, and when I picked my car up they have cleaned it for me, appreciated it so much as I have been sick..THANKS GUYS FROM ROCKY HOLDEN.. happy customer great service... ~ Daph L

Got half way to Rockhampton and a fault light came up on my dash. My manual said to get it to a mechanic assp. Rang around and no-one could help me out. One guy suggested I try Lawrence's. They were busy but the lady said bring it in and we'll see what we can do. They checked it out and sorted the issue. Piece of mind for my drive home. They even bussed me back and forth at no extra cost. I would highly recommend these guys if you need a service or just some assistance. I was notified that my holden cruze airbags need to be replaced. Then I was contacted & offered complimentary service. Afterwards, I was reminded more than once about the appointment. I went there & the receptionist was nice & decent. I had my car fixed in about half an hour. ~ Ahmed D
